We refuse unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this site using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and please keep in mind that any violation of this will be subject to criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Article 40 2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
- No one may collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from an Internet homepage that expresses a refusal to collect e-mail addresses.
- No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
- Anyone who knows that the collection, sale, and distribution of an e-mail address is prohibited under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.
