- Character and classification of manuscript
- This journal is a manuscript describing theories and applications related to thermal medicine and is divided into original articles, reviews, technical reports, letters, etc.
- Submission Eligibility
- To be eligible for submission to this journal, at least one of the authors must be a member of the International Virus Research Association.
- Submission of manuscript
- Manuscripts are submitted online through the corporation's website (http://www.ivra.or.kr) along with a paper publication request and copyright transfer agreement.
When submitting a manuscript, paper information and author information must be entered, and in principle, the manuscript should be written using Hangul (HWP) or Microsoft Word.
The paper publication request and copyright transfer consent form must be submitted as a jpg or pdf file with the paper title (Korean/English) and the corresponding author's handwritten signature. - Manuscript system
- Manuscripts must be submitted after checking the following checklist, and papers that do not meet the submission regulations can be returned after reviewing only whether they comply with the submission regulations.

Essential components of a manuscript
- The format and content of the manuscript are confirmed by the corresponding author.
- The manuscript should be written in A4 size using HWP or Microsoft Word.
- All manuscripts can be written in Korean or English.
- The manuscript must be written in the following order. Manuscript: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References, Tables and Figure Legends.
- The Journal of the Korean Thermal Society may submit manuscripts that have already been published in other academic journals and other periodicals, but source information such as place of publication and date of publication must be specified on the cover.

Cover
- The cover page must be one page and contain the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of all authors, and contact information for the corresponding author.
- Institutions different from the author's institution are indicated in footnotes immediately following the author's name in the order of *, †, ‡, §, ∥, etc. according to the CBE system.
- Record the address, phone number, fax number, and email address of the corresponding author at the bottom of the cover page.

Abstract
- The abstract should be less than 250 characters for an original paper and 200 characters for a case report.
- Describe the purpose, methods, results, and clinical or experimental results of the study.
- Key words are selected based on MeSH (Medical Subject Headings).
- Key words should be written within 5 words under the abstract.

Manuscript
- The font size of the manuscript is limited to 11 points with 2-line spacing between lines.
- Tables and photos should be numbered in the order in which they are cited in the text.

References
- All references should cite the names of all authors if there are 6 or fewer authors. If there are more than 6 authors, the names of the first 6 authors and end with "et al,".
- References are indicated in the form of superscripts and parentheses.

Tables, photos and illustrations
- Prepare tables and photos as separate files.
- Pictures and illustrations must be saved in JPG or TIF file format and have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.
